You can jump straight into training or choose the Avenue that best fits your path. All agents begin with the self-paced Core Fundamentals program, which is required for both licensed and unlicensed agents. Licensed agents must also complete the Client Journey training. From there, you can continue exploring additional programs and specialized training at your own pace.
